the hotel is fashioned in modern decor and is inviting. amenities are above grade and housekeeping is meticulous. i loved the offering of a pillow menu so i was assured of a pillow i liked. coffee and fresh water are provided daily.

the room ventilation was not perfect after using the toilet staying in room was uncomfortable.

The hotel staff provided excellent restaurant suggestions and also helped with tour options. The breakfast offered something for every culture and age range. The food was AMAZING!!! Housekeeping was very meticulous. I especially liked the 'pillow menu' that ensured i got a pillow of my liking. It was soft.

The elevator was slow. There is only one elevator in the hotel.

the location was acceptable everything was in walking distance.

the level of service was not up to expectations despite the extra money i paid for the room. i found that the air conditioning was not working and the window was broken this made opening it impossible. some staff were not attentive to guest needs i would have appreciated a more concerted effort from the entire team.

The Executive Room I booked was not what I expected (not at all!). It felt quite cramped, and there was almost no space to move around comfortably. Storing luggage was a real problem, and I had to request in-room coffee replenishment multiple times. It was like pulling teeth. the air conditioning became annoyingly loud during the night. It woke me up several times.

The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of options. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries and fruit. The staff were very polite and always ready to help with any questions or requests I had. I especially appreciated the umbrellas available , as they were really useful during an unexpected rain shower, a lifesaver! The location allowed easy access to many attractions.

I encountered some noise from the street despite being on a higher floor. Lighter sleepers might find it disruptive. The noise did diminish later in the evening, though.

The Classic Double Room featured modern décor with comfortable furnishings. The bed provided restful sleep with excellent pillows. The shower had consistent hot water and good water pressure, and I REALLY liked the provided toiletries. Alexa in the room was a nice touch!

The hotel enjoys a central spot, providing convenient access to major attractions. I walked to the Pantheon in about three minutes. Being close to the main streets, the area felt safe and secure, allowing me to explore without concern. It was AMAZING!

The rooftop view offered a great perspective of the surrounding area. My room included two separate sinks. A rainfall shower was also present. Breakfast had a wide selection of items. I found it very complete.

My room faced the wall of the neighboring building. This limited the natural light coming in. There was a lot of noise from the street traffic, especially from cars and motorcycles. I found the price too high, considering the provided services.
